Job Description:
- Job Detail Will Discuss In Interview
- Reporting To Division Head
- Responsible In Overseeing Existing Projects By Civil Dept.
- Reviews Cost Reports, Time Sheets, Equipment Records, Engineering Reports, Project Financial Reports, And Project Construction Schedules To Maintain Overall Schedules And Ensure Work Is Completed On Time
- Manages Subordinate Staff In The Day-to-day Performance Of Their Jobs
- Maintains Relationships With Team Members, Clients, And Subcontractors.
- Assesses Opportunities In New Potential Projects And Additional Work On Existing Projects
- Ensures That Project/department Milestones/goals Are Met And Adhering To Approved Budgets
- Other Related Tasks As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- More than 6 years' experience as Dept. Manager/GM in Civil Div/Project Manager in construction industry
- More than 10 years' experience in construction industry
- Experienced in marketing of construction services
- Proficient in English
- Experience as General Manager of Construction Civil
