Job Description:
- Be Responsible For The General
Accounting Functions Including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General
Ledger, POS Management, Coordination Of Annual Audits And Bank Reconciliations
- Ensure Compliance With
Accounting Standards And Regulations
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly And
Annual Financial Statements And Reports
- Prepare Budgets And Forecasts
And Analyse Actual Performance Against Budgets
- Assist With Tax Planning And
Compliance
- Assist Inventory Team With
Consolidation Of Inventory Reports
- Work Closely With Other
Departments To Develop Financial Strategies And Ensure Accurate Financial
Reporting
- Drive Process Improvements To Address Operational Issues And Enhance Efficiency And Effectiveness
- Manage And Mentor Junior
Accounting Staff
Job Requirements:
- Strong exposure in SAP is an
advantage
- Familiarity with Indonesia
taxation
- Excellent excel skills and
attention to details,
- Must have at least 7-8 years
of relevant finance, accounting, or financial & tax reporting experience
- Strong interpersonal and good communication in English
- Ability to provide
financial/analytical support and handle multiple tasks within an open,
interactive and dynamic environment
