- Preventive Maintenance For
Facilities Equipment
- Maintain Preventive
Maintenance For All Manufacturing Equipment To Achieve Master Plan
- Deployment And Audit TPM For
Machines And Tooling.
- Predictive Maintenance For
All Machines
- Overhaul For All
Manufacturing Equipment
- Contribute To Continuous
Improvement Of Tooling Standard.
- Release/Validate
Specification Of New Tooling
- Create, Update And Maintain
Tooling Document And Specification.
- Support Customer Tooling
Audit Process.
- Repair For All Tooling
- Identify And Develop
Standard For Tooling Repair And Preventive Maintenance For All Manufacturing
Equipment
- Coordinate With Store Keeper
To Maintain Spare Part Level
- Maintain And Repair Poka
Yoke On Tooling.
- Manage A Team Of Tooling
- Provide Reporting To The Management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Preventive maintenance on machines and
tooling
- Ability to work in matrix organization
- Good in English speaking, Read, Write
- Tooling technical skill/competencies in intermediate level
