M&E Coordinator

1. Coordinate and oversee M&E works to ensure projects are completed according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
2. Review and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction plans for site execution.
3. Prepare and coordinate CSD/SEM drawings and other required submissions.
4. Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works.
5. Monitor project progress, manpower allocation, and work schedules to ensure timely completion of activities.
6. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, site issues, delays, defects, and corrective actions.
7. Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to M&E systems during construction.
8. Coordinate site inspections and monitor M&E installation works to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination or M&E engineering within the construction industry.
3. Hands-on experience using Navisworks for BIM coordination and clash detection is mandatory.
4. Proven experience handling large-scale construction projects, such as commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, government, or infrastructure developments.
