1. Responsible for delivering project objectives within established constraints, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
2. Reviewed and interpreted technical drawings and designs to support on-site construction activities.
3. Ensured project execution complied with regulatory requirements and client specifications.
4. Coordinated M&E services and prepared CSD/SEM drawings for submission and approval.
5. Managed the integration of Civil, Architectural, and M&E works by liaising closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on site.
6. Planned, developed, and monitored project schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
7. Prepared progress reports for clients and project management, highlighting delays, defects, and corrective actions related to M&E works.
8. Provided technical guidance and resolved M&E-related engineering issues during project execution.
9. Monitored M&E work progress and coordinated site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works.

1. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electric Engineering.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in Naviswork is a must.
