Job Description:
- Provide M&A Advisory Services To Investors Who Want To Invest In The Companies.
- Advises How To Deal With The Projects And Supporting Documentation Relevant To M&A Procedures.
- Valuation Of A Target Company
- Make Presentation Material For Clients
- Work With Other Third Parties, And Steer The Process To Ensure That All The Necessary Due Diligence And Legal Documentation Is Prepared Promptly
- Finding New Customer
- Making Documents And Report
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 years experience as M&A sales/advisor in securities company (M&A advisory company/investment management also ok)
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business/Finance Management or a related major
- Business level english
- Very good communication skill for building network and relation among customers
