Job Description:
- Reviewing And Drafting All Company Agreement (company And Commercial) Include And Not Limited To Legal Documents Between Companies And Related Parties(customer & Suppliers).
- Performing And Assist Legal Assistant Manager To Become Company Representative To Correspond With Company Affiliates And Necessary External Parties.
- Handling Legal Analysis And Review.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Having 3-5 years of working experience in Corporate Law.
- Experiences working in manufacturing companies would be a plus.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Willing to do full WFO
