Job Description:
- Responsible For Managing Legal Department In Reviewing Policies And Regulation Both Internal And External, Provision Of Legal Advisory Services And Ensuring Effective Management Of Legal And Contractual Risk
- Manage Corporate Legal Such As Maintain Validity Of Permit, Contract Drafting, Regulation Compliance And Update Government Regulation
- Control Company Business Permit (BKPM, Kemenaker & Disnaker, Trade Ministry, Industrial Ministry, Costume Office, Etc.)
- Give Legal Advice To Other Department And Management Of The Company
- Liaise With Notary, Lawyer And Legal Consultant
Job Requirements:
- At least S1 from University
- Have exeperience as legal supervisor at least 2 yeras
- Understand about corporate legal and legal policies
- Good communication and leadership skill
