Job Description:
- Draft, Review, Translate, Finalize, And File Agreements, Contracts, And Other Legal Documents
- Communicate And Negotiate With Internal And External Parties For Finalizing Contracts
- Provide An Accurate Legal Opinion, Legal Advice, Summary, Or A Review Of Government Regulations Relating To Any Legal Topics (corporate, Labor, Industrial, Etc)
- Arrange And Obtain Licenses For Corporate Business, Such As OSS And Industrial Licenses. Communicate With Government Officials And Maintain Good Relations And Compliance
- Handle Government Reporting, Such As LKPM And Industrial Reports On Schedule
- Handle Shareholders' Meetings, BOD Meetings, And Other Corporate Matters, Including Preparing Its Resolution Documents And Liaising With The Notary For Notarial Deeds
- Arrange Working Licenses And Working Visas For Expatriates And Liaise With External Agents
- Provide Any Other Legal Needs As Requested By The Management
- Other Tasks As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Having Bachelor's degree in Law
- Having at least 1 year as Legal Supervisor or 3 years as Legal Staff, preferably in FMCG Industry
- Good in English, both oral and written
- Experienced in reviewing agreements, licenses, and compliance also annual meetings
- Having good knowledge of corporate law and labor law
- Having good legal analysis, critical thinking, and initiative
- Able to work in a team as well as individually, well-organized person, and good at time management
- Having a professional advocate license from PERADI will be an advantage
