Job Description:
- Provide Sound Legal Advice On Any Potential Or Actual Legal Issues (including Internal Wrongdoings, Claims, Dispute, Legal Actions, Court Proceedings).
- Support And Assist Business Units To Negotiate Contracts With Their Business Partners
- Establish, Review, And Update Internal Policies, Rule, Or Regulations Related To Legal And Compliance Matters.
- Ensure The Company's License And Legality Are Updated And Accordance To Current Regulations - - Preparing And Reviewing Legal Agreements, NDA, Making Legal Opinions Regarding The Latest Employment Provisions, And Identify Any Potential Risks And Issues.
- Compiling And Summarizing Government Laws, Regulations, And Managing Online System Submission (OSS), LKPM, Siinas, Etc
- Draft And Review Various Agreements And Any Other Legal Documents
Job Requirements:
- Significance Experience in drafting legal documents both in English and Indonesian
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law
- Hold Certified Advocate License will be advantage
- Experience in handling factory related permit
- Good drafting skills, good analytical, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skill.
