Job Description:
- Give
Legal Advice And Risk Management.
- Prepare,
Review And/or Align With Related Stakeholders The Documentation To Be Submitted
For Approval To The Board Of Management Regarding Corporate Topics.
- Advise
All Divisions And Departments On Litigation And Non-litigation Matters
Involving All The Relevant And Applicable Laws.
- Filling Legal Documents.
- Other
Tasks Given By Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Female
age 26 - 35 years old.
- Must
possess Bachelor Degree in Law.
- Min.
2 years experience in legal firm or legal staff in manufacture will be
preferable.
- Excellent knowledge of common business legal and business law.
- Communicating
English (active in spoken and written).
