Job Description:
- Preparing, Facilitating, Drafting, Negotiating And Reviewing The Performance Of The Contracts
- Formulating Legal Strategies And Providing Legal Opinions To Other Departments
- Liaise And Coordinate With Other Departments/functions Within The Organization To Ensure Proper And Timely Execution Of Deals And Corporate Actions From A Business And Commercial Perspective
- Responsible For Legal In Company's All Offices In Indonesia
- Other Task As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Min 3-4 years legal advisor in manufacture/ legal firm
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Having good legal analysis, critical thinking, and initiative
