Job Description:
- Drafting Legal Agreements
- Preparation Of Legal Due Diligence & Legal Opinion
- In-house Consult (understanding Aspects Of Permits, Guarantees, Land Rights And Agreements)
- Negotiation Skills (non-litigation Matters)
- Corporate Action Matters
- Manage The Distribution Of Tasks For The Legal Team
- Recommend A Summons Letter Template
- Coordinate Directly With External Parties To Conduct Negotiations
- Recommend Licensing Vendors, Notaries And Advocates
Job Requirements:
- Minimal Bachelor's of Law
- Minimal 5 years of experience in the same position/fields
- Experienced in legal drafting, inhouse consult, legal due diligence and legal opinion
