Job Description:
- Assist In Overall Legal Activities Include Handle
And Reviewing The Legal Contract, Bilingual Agreements, MoU, Or Another Legal
Document As Well As Various Regulation And Corporate Legal Issues
- Research And Analysis Of Relevant Laws And
Regulations
- Conducting The Process Of Making Of New Company
And Extension Of Corporate Licensing (SLF, AMDAL, IPAL, PBB, IMB, Ijin Prinsip,
SKDP, Sertifikasi Keselamatan Kebakaran, Ijin Lift, Motor Diesel, Instalasi
Penyalur Petir, Sertifikasi Merk Dan Logo, Building Insurance).
- Drafting And Reviewing Contracts And Preparing
Any Legal Or Corporate Documents
- Coordinate With Notary To Support And Ensure
RUTA/RULB Running Well
- Coordinate With Related Vendors To Review And
Evaluate Their Activities
- Deep Knowledge In Setup For PPPSRS Establishment

Coordinate With Relevant
Government Regarding License (BKPM, Public Housing Department/Disperum,
Minister Of Public Housing/PUPR, Damkar, BPN, PSTP, Ministry Of Environment And
Forestry/KLHK)
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law major
- Language: English Intermediate Level
- Experience as Legal in Property especially in Building Management 3years
- Must have knowledge about PPPRS Regulation(at
least they know about the Formation Implementation Stages the PPPSRS / Tahapan
Pelaksanaan Pembetukan PPPSRS (for bahasa), and knowing well the function of
PPPSRS etc.)
