Job Description:
- Overseeing The Drafting Of Contracts With Customers Or Vendors Or JV Partners And Providing Advice
- Overseeing Response To Customer Complaints And Problem (including Lawsuits)
- Supervise Compliance Awareness Activities
- Communicate With Company Lawyer
- Examining Legal Risks In New Business And Devising Means Of Implementation
- Identifying New Laws And Regulations And Considering Their Impact On Business
- Other Duties As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience working in Legal Department for property development (Mandatory to have skill and experience of legal checking and advising contacts with JV Partner)
