1. Design and deliver employee learning programs.
2. Coordinate internal and external training activities.
3. Evaluate learning effectiveness and training outcomes.
4. Support leadership and career development initiatives.
5. Maintain training records and learning reports.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
2. 3–5 years of Learning & Development experience.
3. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
4. Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
5. Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
