• Partner With Regional COE To Ensure Deployment Of Agreed Strategy
• Ensure World-class End To End Deployment Of Global Learning & Assessment Products
• Analyze Learning Needs And Support Markets/regions In Demand Planning
• Partner With Relationship Managers To Answer And Address Upcoming Market/regional Needs From Learning And Assessment Area
• Co-create Functional/market/cluster Training Plans. Support With Matching Learning Needs With Available Budgets
• Ensure Timely And Accurate Feedback And Data On Deployments To Both COE And Markets And Learning Vendors
• Ensure The Selected Learning/assessment Solution Meets The Market's Needs And Helps Achieves Strategic Goals
• Facilitate Co-creation On New Learning/assessment Products Between The COE And The Regions
• Coordinate With Different Teams To Fulfill Market Requests
• Conduct Needs Analysis And Recommend Learning Solutions/programs
• Liaise With External Partners When Needed To Support Market Requirements
• Ensure Effective Support Of Strategic Communities And Community Managers

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience in L&D or training industry with good understanding of the learning cycle, systems, and products
• Has the ability to analyze and interpret learning data and metrics, and knowledge of foundational learning theories
• Has strong customer focus mindset that gives the ability to partner, cooperate, advise and influence to match the learning & assessment portfolio with market objectives and strategic goals
• Experience working with a global team and diverse markets
• Project and program management capabilities
• Effective communication skills - active listening, facilitating dialogue and ability to express thoughts and ideas clearly and succinctly
• Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly
