Job Description:
- Lead And Manage A Team Of UI/UX Designer And Ensure The Designs Are Well Created And Implemented
- Share Knowledge And Best Practices In UI UX End-to-end Design Processes And Implementations
- Identify Problems And Make Design Decisions That Are Based On Data And Contextual Information
- Formulate Creative Solutions To Solve Problems Acquired From Technical Constraints, Users' Feedbacks, And Research Insights
- Produce High Quality Wireframe And Prototypes To Be Used Throughout The Whole Digital Asset Design Process From Ideation, Crafting, To Validation And Handoff
- Gather Users' And Stakeholder Feedbacks To Provide Design Solution Alternatives
- Build Relationships With Other Stakeholders To Better Pilot The Design Direction
Job Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX Design
- Passionate design-oriented individual who thrives in driving initiatives from 0 to 1
- A creative problem solver who can both lead and execute design solutions independently and efficiently
- Strong people-management and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Has the ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans
- Excellent written & communication skills as well as an acute attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate effectively in both in-person and remote settings
