Job Description:
- Lead And Manage A Team Of Network Engineers, Providing Guidance, Support, And Technical Expertise.
- Oversee The Design, Implementation, And Maintenance Of The Company's Network Infrastructure.
- Collaborate With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure Seamless Integration Of The Network Infrastructure With Other Systems.
- Plan And Execute Network Upgrades, Expansions, And Migrations, Ensuring Minimal Disruption To Ongoing Operations.
- Monitor Network Performance And Troubleshoot Issues, Implementing Proactive Measures To Optimize Network Performance And Minimize Downtime.
- Conduct Disaster Recovery Operations And Data Backups As Necessary.
- Implement And Enforce Network Security Measures, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, And Access Controls, To Protect Data Center Assets And Ensurecompliance With Security Standards.
- Develop And Maintain Network Documentation, Including Network Diagrams, Configuration Files, And Standard Operating Procedures.
- Understanding Emerging Networking Technologies, Trends, And Best Practices, Evaluating Their Potential Impact To The Overall Organizational Strategy.
- Collaborate With Third-party Support And Service Vendors To Maintain Network Functionality And Escalate Issues When Necessary.
- Analyze Incidents And Service Requests, Recommending, And Implementing Improvements In Quality
Job Requirements:
- Possess relevant educational background
- Having Basic Knowledge in network routing (OSI Layer, TCP/IP, etc) Linux Administrator, and Networking Administrator.
- Understand and able to operating: windows server, Linux server, virtualization and IT HW.
- Have a Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- An ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong documentation Skills
- Possess certification (CCIE and/or other relevant Cisco certifications)
