1. Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across multiple projects.
2. Oversee engineering planning, execution, and quality assurance.
3. Review complex engineering calculations and technical reports.
4. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
5. Drive engineering excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and technical requirements.
7. Mentor engineers and support professional development.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's degree is a plus).
2. 10+ years of engineering experience.
3. Proven experience leading engineering teams.
4. Strong project management and decision-making skills.
5. Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
6. Familiarity with international engineering standards.
