Job Description:
- Manage And Nurture A Team Of Data Scientists And Lead End-to-end ML/Deep Learning Projects
- Work With Structured And Unstructured Data, Especially Text And Images
- Define Problems And Hypotheses, Conduct Experiments And Research, Apply Data Science Techniques, And Implement Continuous Improvement Of ML Models
- Collaborate With Other Teams (product, Operation, And Commercial) To Develop Data Science Solutions That Bring Positive Impact On The Business
Job Requirements:
- Min. 5 years of proven experience in building ML or Deep Learning models for various projects, such as anomaly detection, clustering, recommendation, prediction, or image and text classification
- Min. 2 years of leadership experience
- Have solid fundamentals in ML and Deep Learning algorithms
- Demonstrate experience in Python/R and Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras, Caffe, or PyTorch
- Have excellent knowledge of mathematics and statistics
- Experience in Cloud environment, preferably GCP
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Demonstrate good communication skills and be a positive team player
