Job Description:
- Account Development: Identify And Establish New Accounts Within The Modern Trade Sector, Focusing On The Home Care Category.
- Relationship Management: Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Buyers And Decision-makers In Modern Trade Accounts.
- Sales Strategy: Develop And Implement Effective Sales Strategies To Drive Revenue Growth And Achieve Sales Targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct Thorough Market Analysis To Identify Trends, Opportunities, And Potential Threats Within The Home Care Category.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in building Modern Trade channel
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
