Job Description:

  • Meeting & Exceeding Sales Targets For The Assigned Territories.
  • Identifying And Acquiring New Customers, As Well As Up-selling To The Existing Customer Base.
  • Track & Report Activities Of Competitor And Develop Strong Market Intelligence And Monitor Competitor Activities On Trade Channel-related Matters And Proactively Provide Feedback To Management
  • Managing The Entire Sales Cycle From Prospection Through To Successful Closure.
  • Building Strong Relationships With Key Accounts.
  • Build A Strong Pipeline And Ensure Accurate Sales Forecasting And Account Planning.
  • Coordinating With Other Teams To Ensure Smooth Delivery Of Products & Services.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as General Trade/Key Account/Area Sales Manager/ Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/Skincare/Beauty product).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Having an existing relationship with a local store / modern outlet.
  • Able to Develop channel sales strategy for geography assigned.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
  • Track & report activities of competitors and develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.
