Job Description:
- Meeting & Exceeding Sales Targets As Assigned
- Identifying And Acquiring New Distributors, As
Well As Up-selling To The Existing Customer Base.
- Track & Report Activities Of Competitors
- Develop Strong Market Intelligence And Monitor
Competitor Activities On Trade Channel-related Matters And Proactively Provide
Feedback To Management
- Managing The Entire Sales Cycle From Prospection
Through To Successful Closure
- Building Strong Relationships With Key Accounts.
- Build A Strong Pipeline And Ensure Accurate Sales
Forecasting And Account Planning
- Coordinating With Other Teams To Ensure Smooth
Delivery Of Products & Services
- Prepare Regular Reports And Participate In Regular Meetings To Review Performance
- Analyzing Market Trends And Competitors’
Activities And Formulating Strategies To Respond To These
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Language: Fluent in English, both written and
spoken
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years experience as
Modern Trade/Key Account/Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from
Personal Care/Skincare/Beauty product)
- Having an existing relationship with a local
store/modern outlet
- Able to Develop channel sales strategy
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial and
self-motivated
- Track & report activities of competitors and
develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade
channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management
- Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
