Job Description:
- Explore The Opportunities For Investment In All Types Of Infrastructure Projects.
- Work With Local Partners, And Consultants To Source The Investment As An Approved Business Plan.
- Manage Participation In Tendering Process Of Infrastructure Projects Which Involves Investment.
- Explore And Develop The Opportunities For Making Strategic Investments In The Infrastructure Sector In Indonesia.
- Explore Mergers And Acquisitions Opportunities In The Infrastructure Investment Sector.
- Manage Detailed Appraisal Process, And Work With Internal And External Resources To Carry Out A Detailed Analysis Of Investment Opportunities.
- Manage Industrial Analysis, Financial Modeling, Legal-financial-technical Due Diligence, Etc.
- Study And Prepare Reports Regarding Regulatory Requirements For Various Investment Projects.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university preferably an investment or finance major.
- Possess excellent English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with outstanding organizational and coordination skills, judgment and analysis skills, and communication skills.
- At least 3 years of working experience in all spectrum of investment companies or consulting organizations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial modeling.
- Hard-working and passionate about learning.
- Prompt response to clients and team members and ready to work overtime if required.
