Job Description:
- Reporting All IT Department Daily Activity
- Helping IT Officer In Managing Server, LAN, Phone
And Backup-infrastructure
- Supporting And Maintain IT Services Security
Including System Access, Virus Protection, Software And Windows Updates,
Firewall, And Remote Access System
- Maintaining IT& Documentation Set To Ensure
That This Documentation Consists Of Effective And Regularly Updated
Documentation
- Providing Support Outside Working Hours As Required
- Providing IT Support To All Project Offices –
Including But Not Limited To Computers, Printers, Scanners, Servers, Network
And Conference Equipment
Job Requirements:
- Education: Min. Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer
Science or related major from reputable university
- Language: English (Communicative)
- Having IT Support experience for min. 1 year
- Being familiar with Network DHCP Server, Domain
server, windows server
- Being familiar with the ACCPAC system and SAP
Business One and Crystal reports
- Being familiar with the tools and equipment like
RJ45, RJ11, TC-PDT Punch Down, FO-TKIT Toolkit Fiber Optic FTTH
- Having Programming Logic
- Having knowledge of basic Networks (TCP/IP,
Switching, Routing, Cabling), Hardware & Software
