Job Description:
- Performing Troubleshoots And Escalations
- Proposing Improvements In Ensuring The Optimization/development Of Network And Telecommunications Services
- Managing IP Address Allocation And Segmentation
- Ensuring Quality Of Service (QoS) For Network And Telecommunications Services So They Comply With The SLA.
- Making Backups And Document The Configuration Of All Existing Network Systems According To A Predetermined Schedule.
- Create And Deliver Strategies, Planning And Documentation Of Backup And Recovery
- Security Operation Center Management
Job Requirements:
- S1 from Information System or similar
- At least 4 years of experience in Network Security Products (including planning, installation, daily operations, and basic to advanced troubleshooting).
- Understand network security management processes and possess knowledge of client hardware, operating systems, network systems, and client management tools.
- Familiarity with Administering Information Security Software and Controls is desirable
- Have complete English proficiency
- Have completed vaccination (min 2nd dose)
