• Lead A Team To Manage IT Risk In The Areas Of Cyber Security, Access Management, IT Service Management, And IT GRC (Governance, Risk Compliance).
• Develop And Implement IT Risk Management Frameworks, Policies, Standards, And Procedures In Jakarta Branch, And Ensure They Are Aligned With Regional And Head Office Requirements.
• Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Both Internal And External, To Ensure That IT Risk Management Is Aligned With The Overall Business Goals.
• Collaborate With Various Departments In Jakarta Branch, As Well As Regional And Head Office Stakeholders, To Ensure That IT Risk Management Is Effectively Implemented.
• Provide Advice And Review On Compliance And Security Controls, And Respond To Questions Or Reporting Requirements From Authorities And Auditors As Needed.
• Oversee And Support The Team In Evaluating IT Risks And Developing Action Plans To Mitigate Those Risks.
• Oversee IT Risk And Security Initiatives To Ensure That Projects Are Delivered Within Scope, On Time, And On Budget.
• Guide The Development Of Policies, Standards, Processes, And Procedures To Ensure That They Are Aligned With All Relevant Regulations, Regional And Head Office Policies, And The Needs Of The Business.

• Bachelor Degree
• Extensive experience in IT risk management, with a minimum of 8 years in the field.
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security, access management, IT service management, and IT GRC.
• Working knowledge of the banking or finance industry, including corporate banking products and services.
• Expertise in cyber security controls, regulations, processes, and standards, such as NIST cybersecurity and IT controls framework.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with management, regional and head office, technical managers, and other key stakeholders.
• A strong understanding of industry trends, products, and technology in IT risk domains.
• The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
