Job Description:
- Establish Methodologies To Set Productivity And Quality Targets To Assess Results Of The Different Projects.
- Address And Resolve Project Issues That May Impede Project Delivery And Coordinates Solutions.
- Develop And Direct Project Management Operations And Strategic Planning To Meet The Organizational Goals.
- Provide Overall Strategic Governance For Projects By Establishing Standards, Processes, And Tools Used For Effective Project Delivery.
- Supervise And Analyse Project Metrics To Identify Weaknesses Or Problems To Propose Operational Improvements And Cost Savings For Future Projects.
- Work With Solutions Delivery Team In The Project Deliveries And Implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- At least 15 years work experience in Project Management level
- Must be from aviation industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of managing a high-level team
- Minimum of 10 years of agile project management experience
- Minimum of 10 years of project delivery and implementation experience
- Superior organizational and time management skills for effective planning and execution of objectives
- Strong sense of self-motivation and professional responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure.
