Job Description:
- Translate Business Strategy Into Product Strategy And Execute Product Strategy
- Create, Own, Prioritize And Execute A Product Roadmap Aligned With The Long Term Product Strategy
- Convince Peers, Stakeholders And Key Executives Using Data, Logic And Other Possible Aspects
- Own Key Result For Problem Area, Customer Satisfaction, Usability, On Time Releases And Other Critical Metrics
- Develop Good Relationship With Development Team, Business Owner, Operation Team And Other Stakeholders To Drive Optimized Product Delivery
- Manage Priorities, Product Definition, Roll Out And Impact Analysis For Each Of The Initiatives That Are As Form Of Product Requirement Document Or PRD
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Product Design or Engineering
- Business English proficiency
- Min. 4 years as IT Product Management on product or adjacent product in delivering successful and innovative merchant/internal team, experienced in handling projects, from IT Solutions company
- Great understanding of data, design, research, software engineering, business processes and able to coordinate effectively with the team in those areas
- Good communication skill, good time management skill, detail oriented, able to multitask, hardworking, good analytical skill
