Job Description:

  • Responsible For Making The IT Division's Annual Planning Strategy To Formulate Activities / Planning For System Upgrades/additions In Accordance With Companys Strategy
  • Making IT Division's Annual Budget And Monitoring Its Use
  • Continuously Conducting Research On Developments In The World Of Technology And Also Insights In The IT Worl
  • Analyzing And Providing Recommendations On The Specifications Of IT Equipment For All Company's Investment Plans Based On The Result Of Product Trials Offered
  • Ensure That All IT Division Operational Activities Run According To SOPs
  • Ensure The Infrastructure Is Always Maintained And Ensure Support For Any Technological Problems.
  • Carry Out Maintenance On Hardware And Security Of The Source Code Used By IT
  • Conduct Periodic Evaluations Of The Application Of Data Information Security Available On The Server And Maintain The Application Server Access Rights.
  • Monitoring Activation Process, Performance Services And Invoice Payments Made By Telecommunications Data Providers.
  • Evaluate All Policies Related To The IT Division
  • Act As The Company Representative To Third Parties, Negotiate Work Agreements And Purchase Prices For IT Div Infrastructure.
  • Develop And Increase The Capacity And Competence Of The IT Div Through Continuous Coaching And Training.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree, Information Technology or Information System
  • Minimum 15 year experience in the same field, and minimum 2 years in General Manager level, preferably in Multi-Finance company
  • Have experience with Confins R2 system
  • Proven experience in developing systems, manage technical support, network, datacenter, security, etc.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking, detailed oriented.
  • Strong leadership and capable of managing large teams.
  • Driven, have good communication and interpersonal skill
