Job Description:
- Ensure That Data Governance Operations Are Carried Out In Accordance With The Bank's Policies And Procedures.
- Be Responsible For The Data Issue Management Process, Including But Not Limited To Issue Identification, Definition, Quantification, Prioritization, Tracking, Reporting, And Resolution.
- Be Responsible For Managing Data Availability, Usability, Integrity, And Security Within The System, Based On Internal Data Standards And Policies That Also Control Data Usage.
- Support Successful Data Asset Management, Address Current Governance Gaps, And Promote Mutually Supportive Data Lifecycle Management In Accordance With Regulatory Requirements And Business Process Models.
- Serve As The Point Of Contact For Ad-hoc Data Needs, Including Escalating Issues To Relevant Support Teams As Required By Users.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Possess prior experience as a Data Engineer or Data Analyst, or a role within a Data Governance team.
- Have Risk Management Certification (SMR).
- A strong understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern data and IT management models.
- Knowledge of IT Governance and Cyber Security Best Practices (COBIT, ISO27001, PCI DSS, DAMA).
