• Implement Process Enhancements To Boost Efficiency, Reduce Waste, And Enhance Productivity Using A Global Design-thinking Approach.
• Collaborate Closely With Super Users, Plant Managers, And Manufacturing Teams To Understand Local Requirements And Tailor Solutions For A Global Context.
• Work With Cross-functional Teams To Ensure That Manufacturing Processes Align With The Company's Business Objectives.
• Develop And Put Into Action New Processes, Policies, And Procedures To Streamline Operations And Enhance Global Efficiency.
• Act As A Gatekeeper And Steward Of The Manufacturing Template, Consolidating And Prioritizing Needs From Various Stakeholders Based On Their Alignment
• Collect And Analyze Data To Track Progress And Identify Further Areas For Improvement.
• Ensure Compliance With Regulatory Requirements And Standards.
• Identify And Integrate New Technology Solutions To Enhance Manufacturing Processes.

• Specialization in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous enhancement methodologies.
• Demonstrated track record in designing, executing, and overseeing manufacturing processes across various functions.
• Profound analytical abilities enabling the collection, scrutiny, and interpretation of data to recognize trends, patterns, and enhancement opportunities.
• Thorough understanding of manufacturing operations, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in project management, issue resolution, and change management methods.
• Experience functioning in a global setting with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks within a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or Infor.
• Knowledge of PowerBI, data lake, or other analytical reporting tools.
