Job Description:
- Collaborate Effectively With Commercial Teams To Understand Their Needs And Translate Them Into Effective IT Solutions.
- Analyze Business User Requirements And Propose Innovative Solutions That Drive Efficiency And Improve Customer Service.
- Develop And Implement Analytical Tools To Provide Valuable Insights For Decision-making Across Sales, Marketing, And Finance.
- Embrace The Company's Global Approach And Collaborate Effectively With Teams Across Different Locations.
- Adapt To The Evolving Organizational Structure And Work Effectively Within The New Reporting Lines.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT role within a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and solution implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in global company collaboration and relevant industries (preferred).
