Job Description:

Our client is a well-established company in the e-commerce sector. renowned for providing an exceptional online shopping platform experience. They offer a diverse range of categories, ensuring a comprehensive and satisfying shopping experience for all their customers.

  • Commodity Demand Analysis and Pricing Strategy: Analyze local commodity demand, plan output categories, and devise pricing strategies for maximum profit while countering competitors.
  • Effective Channel Development: Build tailored channels for different customer segments, leveraging understanding of city commercial maps and customer profiles for optimized sales plans.
  • Leadership in Comprehensive Planning: Lead multiple departments to develop comprehensive commodity listing plans, coordinating product development, supply chain, sales channels, and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Sales Performance Management: Define sales stratification attributes, monitor product flow, turnover, and sales performance, and actively manage the entire product life cycle.
  • Continuous Improvement and Market Adaptation: Conduct thorough research, verification, and iteration of industry strategies, refining plans based on market feedback and leveraging marketing policies for user engagement while blocking competitors.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from Esteemed Universities.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire business process, spanning from product development to sales outcomes, with expertise in building brands and generating hot-selling products from scratch.
  • Have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Indonesian market, with a strong grasp of the local industry landscape and brand dynamics.
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Exhibit keen insights into product categories and sales chains, enabling effective navigation of hot-selling trends within the Indonesian market.
  • Experienced in handling product from stationery or mom & baby category.
