Job Description:
- Candidate Must Possess At Least A Bachelor’s Degree In Law (Certified Advocate License)
- Experience In Industrial Relation, Labor Law, Corporate Legal, ISO 31000, ISO 317001, SDG, CSR
- Good English Both Written And Verbally
- Demonstrated History Of Working In The Manufacturing Company As IR & Legal Min 3 Years
- Strong Analytical And Planning Skills
- Good Communication And Presentation Skills
- Excellent Problem-solving Skills
Job Requirements:
- Preparing documents for RUPS, Company’s general License, operational agreement, Preparing BOD Letter, SOP
- Negotiation with Union, Drafting, Agreements, Company Law, Labor Law, Administrative Law, and Permits (OSS)
- Provide and review a Contract, legal drafting
