Job Description:
- Candidate Must Possess At Least A Bachelor's Degree in Any Field.
- At Least 5 Year(s) Of Working Experience In The Related Field Is Required For This Position.
- Required Skill(s): HR Functions, Strategic Thinking, Organizational And Management, Problem Solving, And Decision Making.
- Experience As Manager/Assistant Manager Specialized In Technical/IT Services Or Equivalent Is A MUST.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Good Command Of English Professional Proficiency.
- Strong Leadership Trait.
Job Requirements:
- Sustaining with all internal and external HR related matters.
- Engaging in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.
- Prescribing strategies to motivate employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
- Implementing orientations and update records of new staff.
- Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
- Constructing and submitting reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
