Job Description:
- Develop And Implement HR Strategies Aligned With The Hospital's Business Objectives, With A Focus On Enhancing Employee Engagement, Talent Management, And Performance
- Act As A Strategic Partner To The Hospital's Leadership Team, Providing HR Expertise And Guidance On Investor Relations (IR) And Strategic HR Initiatives
- Oversee And Manage The Investor Relations Function, Ensuring Effective Communication With Stakeholders And Investors.
- Collaborate With The Executive Team To Develop And Execute HR Initiatives That Support Organizational Growth And Excellence In Patient Care.
- Drive Talent Acquisition Strategies, Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, Training And Development, And Succession Planning.
- Monitor And Analyze HR Metrics To Identify Trends And Recommend HR Solutions To Enhance Organizational Effectiveness And Efficiency.
- Ensure Compliance With Relevant Healthcare Regulations, Labor Laws, And Hospital Policies Related To HR And Investor Relations
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR managerial role with 5-10 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of investor relations and experience in managing communications with stakeholders and investors.
- Proficiency in strategic HR planning, talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement within a healthcare context.
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic HR insights, influence decision-making, and collaborate with senior hospital leadership.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, labor laws, and industry best practices.
