Job Description:
- Manage All HRGA Development And Programs
- Manage All HR Responsibilities (Training Development, IR, Talent Management, Compensation Benefit, Etc.)
- Contribute To Company's Growth In HR Aspect
- Create And Plan Trainings
- Other Responsibilities As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Conversational English
- Min. 4 years as HR Manager in manufacturing company (large scale)
- Achievement related to organizational development & training and IR
- Smart, honest, humble, good communication, hard working
