Job Description:
- General HRGA Work
- Responsible For Payroll Calculation (actual Calculation, Etc.) Attendance Management, Approval
- Responsible For Personnel (recruitment, Evaluation)
- Responsible For Handling Labor (safety Patrol, K3, Company Regulations, Employment Regulations, Employment Contracts, Update Of Procedures)
- Support On The Reporting Process Of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan And BPJS Kesehatan
- Responsible For Any Related GA Matters
- Creating Purchase Requests And Purchase Orders For Any Needs
- Other Related Tasks As Assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimal D3/S1 All Majors
- Minimum 1 year experience as HRGA in any industry
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply
- Strong mentality and willingness to learn
- Disciplined, honest, responsible
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
