Job Description:
- Develop and implement Human Capital strategies covering Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organizational Development.
- Lead competency development, succession planning, and employee capability enhancement initiatives.
- Manage recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent pipeline to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with business leaders to optimize organizational structure, workforce planning, and people development.
- Monitor HR metrics and foster a high-performance, agile, and continuous improvement culture.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Capital Development or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Talent Management, and Learning & Development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good English proficiency and willing to be based in Cikarang.
