- Making HR Evaluation & Compensation And Benefits
- Monitoring Team Member
- Making Reports To Management
- Handling Labor Union In Future
Job Requirements:
- Possess bachelor's degree from any major
- Having minimum as HRGA Assistant/Manager 5 years in Japanese Automotive/Automotive Parts Manufacturing Company
- Strong strategic planning skill for Recruitment and Training
- Advance conversational up English skill level
