Job Description:
- Develop HR Management Strategies And Policies In The Company Based On Long-term And Short-term Strategies That Have Been Determined In Accordance With Applicable Government Regulations In Order To Obtain HR With The Performance, Capabilities And Competencies That Are In Accordance With What The Company Wants.
- Prepare Work Plans And Budgets For His/her Section In Accordance With The Established HR Strategy 2 Policies And Systems To Ensure The Achievement Of The HR Section's Goals.
- Coordinate And Control The Implementation Of HR Functions Throughout The Company To Ensure That They Are In Accordance With The Strategies, Policies, Systems And Work Plans That Have Been Prepared. Coordinate And Control The HR Budget So That It Is Used Effectively And Efficiently In Accordance With The Work Plan.
- Direct, Analyze And Manage Remuneration Practices And Procedures To Ensure Remuneration Packages Are Competitive, In Line With Industry Practice, Within The Financial Capability Of The Company And Internally Fair.
- Coordinate And Control The Preparation And Implementation Of Training And Development Programs, Including The Identification Of Training Needs And Training Evaluation, To Ensure The Achievement Of Target Levels Of Skills And Competencies Of Each Employee,
- Plan Manpower Needs In Accordance With The Development Of The Organization, As Well As Coordinate And Control The Implementation Of Recruitment And Selection Activities To Ensure The Availability Of The Required Manpower In Accordance With The Requirements.
Job Requirements:
- At least 5+ years of experience in HRGA management of manufacture especially handling Industiral/Employee Relations
- Ability to lead a teams of daily worker in production, eye for details and understand IR ER function in a manufacturing environment.
