Job Description:
- Monitoring And Controlling Payroll Calculate Such As For Salary, THR, Bonus
- Responsible In Calculating Increment/decrement Salary And Incentive
- Responsible In Controlling BPJS And Private Insurance
- Responsible For Industrial Relationship Such As Labor Union, Government And PHK
- Responsible For Any Process Of Administration Employee
Job Requirements:
- Possess Bachelor degree from Law major
- Have at least 10 years in total work experience in HRGA field
- Have broad knowledge regarding BPJS, Disnaker, Payroll, HRIS, and permit
- Strong knowledge regarding Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan
- Understand ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
- Had experience in handling PHI problem
