Job Description:
- Provide HRGA & Labour Law/regulation Consulting Service To Group Companies.
- Support Recruitment Needs Of The Group Companies.
- Organize Training And Seminar Sessions For Group Companies (handling Internal Seminar Sessions Using Existing Materials, Become Speaker For Internal Seminar Sessions, Communicating With External Vendors To Provide Training Programs, Etc).
- Payroll/Income Tax Calculation.
- Make Sure Internal HRGA System Is Aligned With The Current Labour Law And Regulation.
- Make Internal Report Regarding Employment And HRGA Matters.
- In Charge Of HRGA Staff Management.
Job Requirements:
- Having minimum 5 years of HRGA/HRGA consulting experience.
- Employee training or skill development program experience will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Full professional proficiency in English is a must.
- JLPT N3 certified is a plus.
