Job Description:
- Make Strategic Planning For The Achievement Of
Organizational Goals Through, The Preparation Of Work Plans In The Development
Of The Human Resources Division
- Develop And Implement Human Resources Strategies
And Initiatives Aligned With The Overall Business Strategy
- Manage The Recruitment And Selection Process
- Support Current And Future Business Need Through
The Development, Engagement, Motivation, And Preservation Of Human Resources
- Develop And Monitor Overall Human Resources
Strategies, Systems, Tactics, And Procedures Across The Organization
- Oversee And Manage A Performance Appraisal System
That Drives
- Have A Comprehensive Discipline Program
- Provide Accurate And Timely Data To Other
Departments And Management
- Finalizing And Optimizing The System To Provide
Accurate And Timely Data And Reports
- Reduce Unexplained Absenteeism
- Manage Well And Have A Good Relationship With The
Unions
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor
Degree in Law/Psychology major
- Language: English
fluent:
- Experience as HRD
and GA Manager from Manufacture company for 7 years min
- Familiar with HR
software (HRIS)
- Experience in
handling Union, Depnaker, BPJS process
- Experience with General Affairs (Surrounding Neighbor & Environment, Cleaning Service, Clinic, Security, Canteen, etc.)
- Proven track record
in industrial relations and collective labor agreement negotiation
