Job Description:
- Carry Out The Required Stages Of The Recruitment Process
- Assist In The Implementation Of Training And Development, Establishing Relationships And Cooperation With HR Service Providers (outsourcing, Headhunters, Online Media, Print Media) To Recruit Employees
- Responsible For Employee Relations
- Check And Submit Reports To Superiors
- Supervise The Work Of The Team Under The Authority
- Ensure That The Strategy Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Established Strategy
- Ensure That The SOPs Implemented In The Company Are In Accordance With Established Standards
- Assist HR Superiors In Preparing Company Regulations And SOPs In Accordance With Developments In Labor Regulations
- Responsible For The Tasks Given By Superiors
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or related major
- Language: Able to speak Mandarin. English is a plus
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience in HRBP
- Understanding labour laws
- Special skills such as mastering competencies, job evaluation, SOP, and structures
