- Handle IR, Recruitment And Compensation Benefit
- Socialize Regulations To Employees
- Prepare Data For Payroll
- Manage Employee Data
- Other Responsibilities As Needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology
- 2 years of experience as HR in Manufacture industry
- Certificated BNSP
- Experienced in handling ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015
- Experienced handling 2 subordinates
- Knowledgeable in OD, Talent Management, Performance Management, End to End HR Business Process
