HR Supervisor

Registered in Singapore & Indonesia, we can assist with your growth plans and strategies, and continue to expand our regional presence with strong regional partners to assist our client in recruitment and branding strategy.

1. Strong exposure to payroll administration, employee benefits, BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan, and employee welfare programs.
2. Ensure HR administrative processes are aligned with company policies and government regulations.
3. Involved in industrial relations (IR) and employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and employee issue resolution.
4. Familiar with Company Regulation (PP) / Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) renewal processes and implementation.
5. Involved in industrial relations (IR) and employee relations matters, including disciplinary cases and employee issue resolution.
6. Ensure HR administrative processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
7. Maintain HR documentation and employee records accurately.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Management, Human Resources, or related field.
2. Minimum 4 years of experience as HR Supervisor or in a similar role, with exposure in Legal, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits.
3. Good understanding of HR cycle, HRIS, and current business trends.
4. Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
6. Experience using Sunfish and Workday systems will be an advantage.
7. BNSP certification will be a plus point.
8. Adaptive, able to work with diverse personalities and working environments, with strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
