Job Description:
- Supervise daily HR operations for construction projects.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Support employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate manpower deployment across project sites.
- Maintain HR records and prepare workforce reports.
- Partner with project managers to meet manpower requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in construction or engineering industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Experience handling large project-based workforces.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
